As of May 28, 2010, Plan-It was installed in 196 sites in the United States and Canada.  These customers are of all population sizes, including a variety of small towns and villages (pop. 1,000) to large counties and municipalities (pop. >250,000).  Capital Improvement Planning is important for all organizations who need to plan their infrastructure, equipment or maintenance expenditures, regardless of size, budget amount or complexity of operations.  Key users of Plan-It may include:
